In recent decades, there has been a growing interest among plant growers and gardeners in the use of organic preparations when working on their plots. Black molasses (beet molasses), a by-product of the sugar industry, is widely used in the production of bokashi and EM preparations. It contains a large amount of carbohydrates, which are a special environment that promotes the finding, development and reproduction of beneficial microorganisms.
