Technical characteristics of the storage

1. The volume of the bath at the request of the customer – 20, 60, 120 cubic meters.

2. According to the regulations, the storage temperature of molasses does not exceed 40 °, allowing it to be stored for more than 12 months.

3. The method of reception is gravity flow through the reception funnel.

4. Heating in winter – thermal “cannons”.

5. To maintain the correct temperature of the molasses in winter, the walls are insulated with a crumb of foam.

6. The design of the storage itself allows the molasses to always remain in a clean, dry and ventilated room and prevents precipitation, dust, birds and insects from entering.

For the company “N“, we implemented a project with a capacity of 60 cubic meters. At the customer’s request, additional thermal “cannons” were installed for heating molasses in winter at very low temperatures.

In the construction of the pit, the method of mechanized concrete shotcrete was used, which as a result speeds up the work process itself and gives a denser layer of concrete.

To reinforce the walls of the bathtub pit, we used fiberglass reinforcement, which is not afraid of corrosion and aggressive environments.

Special pumping equipment was also installed for pumping viscous and thick media at different times of the year.

Additional equipment:
– goose for feeding molasses into the feed mixer;
– a specialized pit for receiving molasses.

For the “G” company, we implemented a project with a capacity of 110 cubic meters. In the pump room, we installed an additional backup pump (in case of a stoppage of the two main ones).

The walls of the warehouse were additionally insulated with a special insulation to increase energy efficiency.
