Payment and delivery

Malyas operates exclusively in compliance with applicable laws and provides a complete set of accounting and supporting documents, including delivery notes, waybills, and invoices.

The following cashless payment methods are available:

Payment to a business bank account (VAT included / VAT excluded): Available for companies and sole proprietors.
Bank transfer via IBAN: Fast and secure payment through online banking services.
Cash on delivery (COD): Available exclusively for shipments delivered by Nova Poshta (Ukraine’s national logistics provider) and only for packaged products in canisters.
Please note: We do not accept cash payments, including for orders collected in person from our warehouse.

Shipping Methods

Courier delivery: Packaged products (5 L and 10 L canisters) are shipped via Nova Poshta and Ukrposhta.
Bulk delivery by tanker truck: Large-volume orders (IBC containers or full truckloads of up to 24 tonnes) are delivered directly from the manufacturer’s production facility to the customer’s site.
Warehouse pickup: By prior arrangement with our sales manager, packaged products can be collected from our warehouse in Kharkiv, Ukraine.

Shipping Schedule & Delivery Times

We value our customers’ time. All orders placed and confirmed by 12:00 PM are shipped the same business day between 1:00 PM and 2:00 PM. Orders confirmed after 12:00 PM are dispatched on the next business day.

Estimated delivery times:

Nova Poshta: 1–2 business days.
Ukrposhta: Up to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Bulk deliveries by tanker truck: Delivery schedules are calculated and arranged individually based on the order and destination.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to the rates of the selected carrier and depend on the actual weight of the shipment, as molasses and CSL are dense, heavy liquids. The estimated shipping cost for one canister starts from UAH 230 with Nova Poshta and from UAH 180 with Ukrposhta.
Save on shipping: We recommend ordering an even number of canisters. We pack them together in double cartons, reducing the number of parcels and significantly lowering shipping costs.
If your facility requires a tanker truck equipped with an unloading pump to discharge high-viscosity products, please inform your sales manager when placing your order. This allows us to calculate the logistics cost accurately.

Order Information & Required Documents

When placing an order, customers are required to provide the following information: the recipient’s full name, a valid phone number, the destination city, and the branch number of the selected delivery service (or the full delivery address for bulk orders delivered by tanker truck). Corporate customers are also required to provide their company details and billing information for invoice issuance.
To collect a shipment from a carrier’s branch, the recipient must present a valid passport, driver’s license, or a digital ID via the Diia app.
For bulk deliveries received by a company at the delivery site, the authorized recipient must present the original power of attorney together with a valid form of identification.
